Camera turns on, but no picture shows up on the screen & when accessing the photographs via the memory card, it shows just black images. Flash works, camera takes the photograph so that mechanism is working - but the lens is broken in some way so it’s just completely black. Not the screen at fault as it shows time settings etc perfectly. Not convinced this is a fault, but feel the need to mention anyway - the charger and battery don’t connect if you push it all the way in. You almost push it half way and it holds it in place and connects fine. At first I thought it was a faulty charger but now I’ve worked it out, it seems more of a design flaw. Comes with official canon battery, charger & 512mb CF memory card.
