Two velvet boxes in well worn condition. Believed to be victorian or early 20th century. One shows Laxey wheel in Isle of Man, the other a seafront scene .(google suggests Jubilee clock tower Cardiff Bay. The larger is 6.5 inches sq and the smaller 4 x 3 inches. The larger has picture below glass showing marks 5082 J.V. Nor sure what the Laxey wheel base is made from. Both are dirty and the velvet is worn through in many places. Insides are reasonable but still worn. Hinges ok. Metal decorative work to corners of both base and lid of larger piece. Look like brass. Please study many photos.
