I found this amongst my late Mother's perfumes. it doesn't look as if it's been used. I have wiped my finger over it. It is a solid powder. It does still have perfume to it but not knowing what it's supposed to smell like I can't tell you whether it has strength to it. There is weight to the actual container which is made of metal. Comes with the original pouch and paperwork as per my photos.
