This is an antique Eichwald Secessionist Art Nouveau majolica flower trough or planter in a dark green glaze with stylized floral motifs. These were produced in the late Victorian to early Edwardian period, placing this between 1890-1910. It has three noticeable chips. One to the side of the rim above the yellow flower, a second to one of the legs and a third to the underside which can just about be seen when the planter is sat up right. I have attempted to show these flaws clearly in the images. The piece is impressed to the base with the number 7331. It measures 27cm long including the handles and is roughly 9cm in width and height. A fantastic piece, very hard to find.
