Canon FD 55mm f1.2 SSC fast prime lens excellent glass, aperture stuck open

Canon FD 55mm f1.2 SSC lens. A really nice lens. Aperture doesn't close and is stuck open, most likely oil on blades. Very nice glass, no fungus, no scratches, no haze.
