Here is a New/Sealed 2-Pack of Medical Basics H&P Notebooks. They feature black vinyl covers with 100 intuitive patient templates (each, I think), plus hints to guide your interview and are oral presentation ready. The notebooks measure 8 1/2" x 5 3/4". Part of the outer cellophane packaging wrap is peeling away at the bottom right corner on the front. Please excuse reflections in the pics.
