"Bombilla", or tea-straw. The gold decorative work on top is marked for 18kt gold (on the mouthpiece). The filter at the bottom of the straw unscrews and splits into two halves (for cleaning). The entire piece is solid silver, hallmarked on the filter for 800 (80% purity).
