It does change the channel but bounces around, sometimes changing two or three at a time. It's finicky but I've always been patient and eventually found the tone I wanted. This is the reason for the low price. Everything else is in full working order, including the volume and tone dials, speaker itself and other buttons. Any questions, please get in touch.
