This is the ninebot by Segway es2 e-scooter. The condition is amazing with only a couple scratches shown in the photos but barely visible. This scooter has a top speed of 15mph / 25kph when in the fastest mode. On the screen there are 3 modes and an option to turn the lights on. One amazing thing that I love about this scooter is that it has an e brake so no wires or discs you have to replace and service, not to mention the e brake is way more powerful!
