found whilst clearing out my dad's stuff. it was in a work bag, so I have no reason to think it isn't working. but also have no way of testing it. has Will written on the base. just the plug, no other test equipment with it. please go by the photos and make sure you're happy before ordering as I don't accept returns. any chance please ask
