As new, never used, purchased for a project but never used and was left in the garage, does not have charger, just normal AA batteries which I will supply 3 new ones with when it sells, thanks for looking, may have some marks from storage etc, but nothing that will affect the use of the laser, also has self levelling and lock off level too
