Genuine Audi part. The nylon protective net protects passengers from loose luggage when braking sharply. It can be fitted behind the second row of seats or behind the front seats. It is attaches using factory installed clips in the headliner and hooks into the floor at the bottom. Comes in Black colour with carry bag. Never used- came with my 2021 e-tron from new Quick and easy installation using existing brackets and eyes. No modifications need to be done to the car.
