Original item, fitted by the factory, to a 1997 Rover Mini Cooper. This would fit any 1996-2001 Rover Mini MPI with its original wooden or alloy dash. It could be modified to fit earlier Mini's where the dash brackets are narrower (cut away the outer edges).
