A very nice steel digital 1 hr fire safe, by Phoenix Titan, model 1251, which has had a newly re-keyed, manual override lock fitted, complete with 2 newly cut keys, so noone has any old keys. I believe that this safe has been used briefly, but likely just sat in storage for much of its life.
