Pour glitter into your water-based paint with a ratio of 100g / 3.5oz per 1 Litre / Quart Gallon. Stir well until it is mixed thoroughly. Paint the surface with a roller or brush. When fully dry, to achieve more sparkles use Hemway Buffing Pads.
