1 litre of high-purity Vegetable Glycerine (Glycerol 99.5%) supplied as 2 convenient 500ml HDPE bottles. Mix 140ml Propylene Glycol (PG) with 360ml Vegetable Glycerine (VG). Combine 40ml Glycerine with 160ml rose water or distilled water.
