It is part of the Power X-Change cordless system and can be used with any Power X-Change battery. The IMPAXXO 18/230 has a 1/2"" male square drive tool holder for attaching 1/2"" impact sockets - or with the bit adaptor attached it can be used with standard 1/4"" hex shank impact rated scewdriver bits.
