2 Vtg Sinclair Paints Company Rainbow Cloth Jacket or Hat Patch New NOS 1990s
Looks like this is from the 1990s and is a cloth patch that was sewn on to a jacket, uniform or shirt (may have been an older iron on, but never know if glue still works, so if using, we suggest sewing only).
