In decent pre-owned condition. They do have scratches and rust. Some are worse than others. 31 of them are SAE and 33 are metric. There are a few Craftsman and a couple of Thorsen. A few are made in USA, a few in Taiwan, and the majority of them are marked Japan with no brand name that I can see. They weigh around 7 lbs 4oz. Free priority shipping and one day handling!
