This item is preowned in good condition coming with some minor wear and tear from use being small scratches and marks on the item as pictured. As shown in the photos part of the beer dispenser handle is missing, also when using the lever it only works when you push it towards the machine not forward and the dispenser only lets the beer out for about 3 seconds at a time before turning off. I believe it is because one of the battery terminals has a bit of corrosion on it if cleaned I think it will work like normal.
