The thing to note about this cover is that it has a LARGE OVAL DJOCJAKARTA FRANCO in BLUE GREEN, #148b. It also has five weak boxed cancels for Djocjakarta on the front. These are VERY RARE Marks! This is a Dutch East Indies 1858 Pre Stamp Complete Cover.
