Nice mannequin. The stand can be adjusted. It’s about at max height in photos and also shows it all the way down. Measured around the bottom of the stubbed off arm is approx 33” with a string. Sold as is. Expect nicks chips scuffs etc. it’s in good shape though. No major flaws/large cracks etc. see photos.
