This rare binder is in very nice condition. There are no rips or tears. It is made of full grain Nappa leather. This was made in 2003 per the original tag that is included. It measures approximately 10 inches tall by 8 1/2 inches wide and is the 7 Ring version. The zippered wallet side of the binder features many credit card slots. It has a shoulder strap. Please see the photos as the underside of the shoulder strap edges does does show some wear which does not affect the usability of the strap. There are no calendar pages included. The original address book is present and unused. Please see all photos for condition.
