Here is an Elite Mandalorian Commando helmet. It is a 3D print that I started some years back. Most of the sanding has been done in terms of getting rid of print lines, but there are some areas that will need sanding. Basically, a couple of hours work one evening with some sand paper and a cup of tea (not compulsory) and you'll have yourself a lovely lid to paint up for display or as part of your costume. See photos, look at the inside. This has been glued together in sections. Pretty strong but it would benefit from some reinforcement on the inside I guess. Up to you. It would need a rather heavy knock to cause you any problems. Thanks.
