Music is not working. Put batteries in, and it had lights, but when turned the music key, they stopped. Battery terminal may need to be cleaned or something caused them to turn off. There is no water in the unit either. It's still a great looking piece as it is. Double-sided. Very heavy resin piece. Great scene
