Without it you will not be changing your spare wheel on the side of the road and end up damaging the paint on your wheels if you try to pry off the hubcap with a screwdriver. This is the correct tool that is used as the handle for the Jack and doubles up as the lever bar to remove the Hubcaps without damaging the paint on the wheel. It stores in the end of the jack itself. Supplied in a Black Zinc finish as per original, There are 2 small wire marks one on each end from the zicing process.
