This is for one Paper Mate Jumbo PowerPoint Pen Refill. This includes 1 refill in the pack. This is fine point and blue in color. Packaging does have signs of wear due to age. There is discoloring and creases on the package. The plastic cover holding the refill is pulling away from the cardboard in a few spots. This is from 1983. It is sealed and unused but I am unable to confirm if it usable or not. Please see pictures for details.
