The ICOM ICA4 Airband Transceiver is a reliable and sturdy black VHF transceiver designed for airband communication. It comes with a stand in charger, good BP196 battery pack and a good dry cell battery case. It is 25khz channel spacing not 8.33 hence the low price. Still perfectly usable and might suit hang glider, ballon etc or just use at air shows to monitor air traffic. There are a few south coast channels which I have already programmed in.
