It's a wireless microphone designed to improve speech understanding for people with hearing loss.It works by transmitting audio directly to hearing aids depending on model or via Phonak MyLink (or compilot 2 etc) (loop worn around your neck). It's in working order and comes with stand, charging lead, 2 neck loops and box. I'm giving my MyLink for free, spares or repair ( no returns)works well but battery is temperamental Please note that you are buying the Roger Pen and I'm giving the MyLink for free..
