As far as I am aware it is 100% complete I’m just saying 99% in case, it is fully working comes with instructions but no box, only selling as I don’t get chance to play with it please check my other listings as I have a few more sets and there will be lots of loose Lego getting sold as well, please check inside the plastic bag that its in as there are a couple of loose bits in there, it will be posted fully complete.
