Brand new, unopened. My wife and I bought a pair of these headphones each and bought a spare pair for a friend, only to discover they have one already. They work with bluetooth and also have a cable for a wired connection if necessary. There's also a built in microphone. Charging is via a USB cable. Comes with a case for ease of use.
