Very nice example of this classic rangefinder. The Electro 35 was the first of a ine of 35mm range finder cameras. Introduced in n1966 the serial number suggests this is a 1968 model. It is all in full working ordr including the automatic exposure with the red and yellow lights. The original mercury battery is no longer available, this one has the simplest solution: a 4lr44 batter wit a tin foil spacer to fill the gap as this is smaller than the original battery. As the voltage of modern batteries is different to mercury batteries you may need to compensate using the film speed dial to get the correct exposure.
