I’ve absolutely no idea …..it was purchased at auction….there was a tripod but it was not the one for this …im presuming someone has upgraded and this was surplus to requirements…Ive checked it an d everything works BUT look at other images there are 2 handles missing …but that’s it ..Im presuming they have been removed to install a motor or drive if some kind …the Stop that stops the weight is there it’s just not on the photos …It’s German …or …
