This was meant to be used but plans changed so previous owner has decided not to use and sell. It's all brand new with box and instructions. Does have signs of storage(dusty) also might have signs of attempted instalation but never been fixed. What you see in the picture is what you get. Not sure if was meant to have other attachments or bolts but wouldn't imagine it would.
