I have 10 total sealed boxes of fallen empires. The boxes are all fully wrapped but physically they vary in condition. ALL TEN are highly acceptable condition, probably what you are expecting for a 31 year old product. Small tears in the plastic, box creases or small crunches are all in the realm of possiblity, but overall i believe every purchase will result in a happy transaction. I WILL make a point to ship the best conditioned ones first. If you own a sealed box of fallen empires, but its in bad condition, i probably have a condition upgrade here for you as well. feel free to send over pics of what you own and we will see if we have one that looks a bit better so you can add it to your sealed collection!
