Antique H. HUGHES Marine Ships Octant with Original Mahogany Carrying Case

The front inlay on the central strut remains blank. The are no cracks to the shades. The item is untested as this is not our area of expertise. There is NO key to the case. On the inside of the case lid is what we understand is the makers label which reads 'H. HUGHES.
