It has manufacturing code of B9D indicating it was manufactured at Mullards renowned Blackburn plant. It was tested on a TV-7 D/U tester with the following results. Where a reading of 32 is the minimum for a “good” tube and 49 would be considered “as new” this tube tested nicely balanced @ 38/ 38 . Please look closely at the attached images !
