Brand new never used. This Toolbox plate was for Craftsman industrial toolboxes. It is rather thick plastic. It is not a sticker. There is unused, double-sided tape on the back, which is original to the nameplate. Measurements are approximately 5.25 inches across. 2.5 inches tall. And your guess is as good as mine on the thickness probably about a quarter inch at the thickest point. It is shaped like a U as it should be.
