Lovely Steiff Whittie Owl Hand Puppet. He is 9 1/2 inches long. Made of mohair with plastic Eyes and Beak ( tiny tip missing) .Made from 1968 to 1978. He still has his Steiff Button and yellow flag 6710/17.
