Bought early 2000s, this camcorder uses mini DV cassettes, (not included) Unfortunately the charger/DV plug is missing. I have been able to use an adapted charger (not included) to check functionality. All seems to be working correctly but I haven’t fully tested it. The folding LCD display screen, charging light and menu buttons all seem to work , the viewfinder only comes on when it is tilted to the upward position, and displays a black-and-white image. I haven’t tried recording anything. Comes with useful carry bag, rechargeable battery and instructions.
