The design of the shutter was developed by engineers A.A. Vorzhbit and P.G. Lukyanov on the basis of the German shutter Vario. The shutter is central, interlind, without a preliminary platoon with 1/30, 1/50 and 1/100 second exposures, and also "K" (the shutter is open when the shutter button is pressed) and "D" (the first press of the shutter release opens the shutter, the second one - closes).
