This boxed set of 20 Vintage Pifco White Crystal Lights are unused and the screw in bulbs are replaceable with two spare bulbs included. The set can be used indoors or out and have not been wired to a plug to give the buyer the option. If used outdoors a waterproof plug/socket should be used. As these have not been used I cannot confirm if they are working but I have no reason to think otherwise.
