This unit has been tested, but only the first power supply doesn't work, but the other two do. Cosmetically in fair/poor condition showing moderate to heavier scuffs / scratches / blemishes from previous use, as well as the unit has a crack in one of the meter display coverings. Three of the output post are broken off. Lastly, it is missing the current knob covers. The casing is bent in the front left corner. Includes Power Supply as pictured.
