This Vintage Latin Brass Bell is inscribed with "Vocem-Meam-A-Ovime-Tangit" which loosely means "My voice touches everyone". It features an all-over pattern with raised relief, plus, what I see, is a goose, dog, goat? and one other animal. Very HEAVY. Clanks very loudly. Unpolished. Measures just about 6.5" tall; 4" across. Thanks for looking!
