Brand new meber used im in Northern Ireland and when the diverted it to me they said there was no engineers in n Ireland only in UK I wasnt actually meant to get this was sent by mistake originally cost 500 needs plumbing you can buy the part on amazon and if you able do it yourself or get someone to install it filters water and gives instant hot water.
