Shark NZ801UKT corded vacuum. Item comes with accessories as shown in the picture. Vacuum is several years old, coming from a pet house (low shed dog) and smoke free. This is faulty, it does not work as a carpet vacuum. The rollers jam and therefore the vacuum stops (it’s designed to stop if there’s a jam in the rollers). When using the hose, this works great with no loss of suction. So the fault seems to lie somewhere in the bottom roller bit.
