I plugged this into a USB power source to charge the battery and I did a factory reset afterwards Now, when it powers on, the only screen I can get is the screen you see in the photos (myharmony.com). I'm assuming it works perfectly fine and that you will need to get it connected to your account to get into any of the menus. If it doesn't work, I will take a return!
