This appears to have been made in the late 1800's according to the capital B hallmark. If I'm wrong let me know. It is roughly 92cm long with what looks like a brass stopper at bottom which has a couple cracks but is still firmly attached. So sterling silver topped, wooden cane with brass stopper.
