This is a Heavy duty external lock for up and over style garage doors. It requires anchoring into the ground with 2x concrete bolts (not included). Its a well designed lock for added piece of mind. Minor corrosion but doesn't affect operation. Selling due to now having a roller shutter garage door. Cost £50 new
