Air Fryer is used but has been tested in all functions & works as it should. Crisp plate & baking tray have some considerable baked in residue but all parts of the fryer & trays have been extensively cleaned using industrial strength degreaser so the machine is as clean as it gets but I have taken this into account with the price.
